  1. Do you accept tax exempt status customers?

    e-Tax exemption is not available on FIELDS.ca. To exempt purchases from tax, FHC Enterprises LTD. requires that documentation be provided at the time of purchase. Since this is not possible in our online environment, we are unable to allow any tax exemptions based on a customer's tax-exempt status. Customers would have to contact the relevant government agency to obtain information on refunds.

  2. How many days do I have to pick up my Purchase On Line - Ship to Store order?

    FIELDS will hold your order safely at your chosen pickup location for 30 days after the order is ready. At this time FIELDS will refund your order back to you.

  3. How long will the store hold my Reserve On Line - Pick Up In Store order?

     FIELDS store members can hold your Reserve On Line - Pick Up In Store order for up to 48 hrs. For your convenience you can pay in store with Cash, Debit, Credit or FIELDS Gift Card.

  4. When will my order ship?

    There is nothing better than getting what you ordered so we will do a final check of all FIELDS.ca online orders to ensure availability and price, prior to shipment. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a email confirmation prior to shipment. If we have challenges with your order we will notify you by email or phone.

  5. How old do I have to be to purchase on your site?

    Sorry, rules are rules, for the protection of our shoppers; it FIELDS policy not to sell to minors. The Age of majority: B.C. - age 19; Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba - age 18.
